Jaydee, also known as Darren Jay Gordon, born July 29, 1963, is an English electronic music producer and disc jockey. He is best known for his 1992 single "Plastic Dreams", which reached number 8 on the UK Singles Chart. Jaydee began his career in the 1980s as a member of the rave group Awesome 3. In 1991, he released his first solo single, "Hold On", under the name J.D. Braithwaite. The following year, he released "Plastic Dreams" under his real name. The song was a commercial success, reaching number 8 on the UK Singles Chart. He has since released several other singles and albums, including Life on the Line in 1996 and Connected in 2002.
