BIOGRAPHY
James Horner is an American composer and conductor, born on August 14, 1953, in Los Angeles, California.
Horner has composed the music for several science-fiction and action films, including Raiders of the Lost Ark, Aliens, Braveheart, Titanic, and Avatar, as well as more classical films, such as Legends of the Fall and A Beautiful Mind.
Horner won two Oscars, one for the music of the film Titanic and the other for the song of the film, My Heart Will Go On. He was also nominated for 11 Oscars, including 8 for Titanic.
Horner passed away on June 22, 2015, in a plane crash in California.
