BIOGRAPHY
Desh is a French singer and songwriter. She was born in Paris in 1977. Her father is from Martinique and her mother is from Guadeloupe. Desh has two sisters. She grew up in the 13th arrondissement of Paris and attended Lycée Victor Hugo. After finishing her studies, she worked as a journalist for a few years. In 2001, she released her first album, Déshabillée. The album was a critical and commercial success, and Desh won the Victoires de la Musique award for Best Urban Album. She has since released three more albums, Laissez-moi rêver (2003), À l'aube (2006) and Dans ma chair (2009). Desh has also appeared in several films and television shows.
