Cathy Burton is a British singer and songwriter. She is known for her powerful and emotive voice, which has often earned her comparisons to singer Adele.

Burton spent her youth in the city of Bristol, England. She began her musical career by performing in the city's jazz clubs. In 2009, she signed with the electronic music label Anjunabeats and released her first single, "Heartbeat", in 2010. Since then, she has released several singles and albums with Anjunabeats, and has collaborated with numerous electronic music artists, such as Above & Beyond, Gareth Emery and Matt Darey.

Aside from her musical career, Burton is involved with several charities, including "Music for Relief", which raises funds for victims of natural disasters. She is also a member of "Global Citizen" and the "One Campaign", two organizations that fight poverty and injustice worldwide.
