BIOGRAPHY
Alcazar is a Swedish musical group formed in 1998, known for their pop-dance style. The group consists of three members: Andreas Lundstedt, Tess Merkel, and Lina Hedlund. During the early years of their career, they changed members several times before stabilizing with this trio. Alcazar gained popularity with international hits such as "Crying at the Discoteque" and "This Is the World We Live In". Their music, both upbeat and melodic, is often compared to that of ABBA, another famous Swedish group. Additionally, they are known for their flamboyant stage performances and extravagant costumes. Despite a hiatus in 2011, the group made a comeback in 2014 and continues to create successful music.
