Naxxos is a French-German duo consisting of Nicolas Balzer and Marco Donnarumma, creating electronic music with a strong influence from deep house and techno. Nicolas Balzer and Marco Donnarumma first met in 2010 while studying electronic music at the University of Cologne, Germany. They quickly began collaborating, releasing their first single, "New Orleans," in 2011. Their self-titled debut album, "Naxxos," was released in 2013 to critical acclaim, praised for its quality production and catchy melodies. The follow-up album, "Island," was released in 2016 to even greater acclaim, recognized for its diversity and multiple influences, ranging from deep house to techno. Naxxos is currently touring to promote their second album, having already performed in numerous countries including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Great Britain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, Mexico, South America, and South Africa.
