Maruv, real name Anna Korsun, is a Ukrainian singer, composer, and producer born on February 15, 1991. She gained recognition with her unique style blending pop and electronic music, with influences from deep house and EDM.
Maruv began her musical career as a member of the group The Pringlez, but gained more fame as a solo artist. Her international breakthrough came with the song "Drunk Groove", which quickly gained popularity, particularly in Eastern Europe and some European countries.
She also made headlines during the national selection to represent Ukraine at Eurovision 2019 with her song "Siren Song". However, due to political tensions and controversies over her performances in Russia, she declined to participate in Eurovision.
