Faul, whose real name is Stefan Döring, is a German singer, composer, and music producer. Born in Aachen, Germany, Faul grew up in the nearby town of Stolberg. He began playing the piano at the age of six, and also learned to play the guitar and drums. He began his career as a DJ, before becoming a producer and remixer. His first success was the single "Changes", which was a big hit in Germany and Austria. Faul has since released two albums, "Faul & Wad Ad" and "Something New", and has collaborated with numerous artists, including Wiz Khalifa, Maroon 5, Sia, and Sean Paul. He has also remixed tracks for Justin Bier, Rihanna, and Lady Gaga.
