David Guetta
David Guetta, born November 7, 1967 in Paris, is a French DJ, electronic music producer, and composer. He began his career playing in Parisian clubs for six hours a night. In 1992, he co-founded Gum Productions and released his first compilation, Guetta Blaster. He followed this with other compilations, including Fuck Me I'm Famous and One Love.
In 2009, David Guetta released his album One Love, which topped the charts in France, Belgium, the UK, and the Netherlands, and was certified platinum in France.
In 2011, his album Nothing but the Beat was also successful and was certified diamond in France. It reached number one in the charts in the United States, Canada, the UK, Germany, Australia, and Switzerland.
In 2013, David Guetta released Listen, another album that also reached number one in charts in various countries.
He has collaborated with numerous famous artists such as Madonna, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Usher, Sia, Nicki Minaj, Flo Rida, Akon, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, will.i.am, David Bowie, Jessie J, Afrojack, Martin Garrix, Jason Derulo, Sean Paul, Zara Larsson, among others.
David Guetta has won several awards, including two Grammy Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, two World Music Awards, two NRJ Music Awards, two Brit Awards, one American Music Award, and one Billboard Music Award.
