BIOGRAPHY
Coxwell is a Franco-American artist born on March 9, 1982, in Los Angeles, California. He grew up in the Venice Beach neighborhood and began his musical career playing guitar and singing in Hollywood clubs. In 2000, he founded the indie rock band "The Jakes" with whom he recorded two albums. In 2006, he left the group to focus on his solo career. In 2007, he released his first solo album, "The Way I See Things," which was well received by critics. In 2009, he released his second album, "As the World Turns," which was even better received than the first. In 2011, he released his third album, "The Great Escape," which was highly acclaimed by critics. In 2013, his fourth album, "The Ride," was also well received. In 2015, his fifth album, "The Life," received very good reviews. In 2017, his sixth album, "The Love," was warmly welcomed by critics.
