Bio of Bg the prince of rap: Bg the prince of rap is an American rapper born on September 8, 1965 in St. Louis, Missouri. He grew up in the North St. Louis neighborhood and began his musical career in 1984 by collaborating with his older brother, B.G. Knocc Out. In 1986, they released their first single "Eazy-E's Boyz-n-the-Hood". They then signed with Ruthless Records, Eazy-E's label. Bg the prince of rap released his first solo album, "Straight Outta St. Louis", in 1989, followed by "The Power" (1992) and "The New Jack City" (1993). In 1995, he had success in Europe with his fourth album, "The Prince of Rap". His fifth album, "The Colour of My Dreams", released in 1996, was well received in Germany. In 1998, his sixth album, "The Best of Bg the prince of rap", was successful in France. In 1999, he released "The Return of the Prince", which was successful in Germany, followed by "The Prince of Rap 2000" in 2000, which was also well received in France.
