BIOGRAPHY
Texas is a British rock band from Glasgow, Scotland. The band was formed in 1986 by singer Sharleen Spiteri and guitarist Ally McErlaine. Texas currently consists of Spiteri, McErlaine, bassist Johnny McElhone, and drummer Richard Hughes. The band achieved international success in the 1990s with the singles "Say What You Want" and "Black Eyed Boy". Texas has sold over 40 million albums worldwide and has been nominated for Brit Awards seven times.
