Randy Crawford is an American singer known for her soul, jazz, and pop music. She began her professional career as a member of the jazz-funk group The Crusaders, before going solo in 1976. She has released several albums to critical acclaim, including her self-titled debut album, which was nominated for a Grammy Award. Some of her most well-known songs include "One Day I'll Fly Away," "You Might Need Somebody," and "Almaz." She was also a member of the R&B group The Emotions.
