Der Musikkünstler ATB, mit bürgerlichem Namen André Tanneberger, ist ein deutscher DJ, Musikproduzent und Komponist, geboren am 26. Juni 1973 in der DDR. ATB ist insbesondere für seine Hits in den 1990er und 2000er Jahren bekannt, wie "9 PM (Till I Come)", welches bis heute sein einziger Titel ist, der die Spitze der Charts im Vereinigten Königreich erreicht hat. Weltweit anerkannt, gilt er als einer der größten Namen der Dance- und Elektronikszene. ATB begann seine Karriere mit der Gruppe "Sequential One" im Jahr 1993. Anschließend startete er seine Solokarriere im Jahr 1998 mit seinem ersten Album "Movin' Melodies". Seitdem hat er mehr als zehn Alben veröffentlicht. Neben seiner musikalischen Karriere ist ATB auch ein geschäftiger Unternehmer. Er gründete sein eigenes Label, ATB Music, im Jahr 2000 und arbeitete mit Größen wie Armin van Buuren, Tiesto und Miss Jane zusammen. Trotz seinem Erfolg hat ATB seine Wurzeln nie vergessen. Neben seiner musikalischen Arbeit ist er für sein Engagement in verschiedenen Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen und für seine Bereitschaft, jungen Musikern zu helfen, bekannt. ATBs Karriere ist beispielhaft für seine Fähigkeit, sich mit der Zeit weiterzuentwickeln, während er seinem eigenen Stil treu bleibt. Dies ermöglichte es ihm, seine Einflüsse beizubehalten, während viele andere Musiker seiner Generation von der Bildfläche verschwanden. Sein Engagement für die Musik, seine Leidenschaft für DJing und Produktion haben ihn zu einem der respektiertesten und einflussreichsten Künstler der Elektronikmusikindustrie gemacht.
