Joe Jackson, né David Ian Jackson le 11 août 1954, est un musicien et auteur-compositeur-interprète anglais. Né à Burton upon Trent, dans le Staffordshire, il a grandi à Coventry, dans le Warwickshire. Il est surtout connu pour les succès "Is She Really Going Out with Him?", "Steppin' Out", "You Can't Get What You Want (Till You Know What You Want)" et "Breaking Us in Two". Il a sorti son premier album, Look Sharp!, en 1979, et a rencontré le succès avec son deuxième album, I'm the Man, en 1981. Depuis, il a sorti dix-neuf albums studio et a été nommé cinq fois aux Grammy Awards.
